I remove my junk scrobbles right away.
I once slept with music on.
First thing I did the next day was to clear my history of the tracks I "listened" to when I slept.

i almost always listen to music except when im asleep
in the morning, when i walk to the bus stop, in the bus, in school, on the way home, when i do my homework, when i turn on my computer then i usually just go to bed after that
oh and i dont listen to music when im eating dinner and stuff like that
