Remembered I have a Last.fm account from 2007 that I never used, time to restart it. Goddamn tags.

top right has me curious
it's the Oldboy soundtrack, weird cover I agree.
it's the Oldboy soundtrack, weird cover I agree.
Excellent music for an excellent movie.
3-month, because it's been a while.
Current state of my overall: [editline]23rd February 2012[/editline] Marina & The Diamonds and Sleigh Bells would probably be higher up if I hadn't shut off Last.fm every now and then to prevent flooding.
Dude what It definitely scrobbles
I wasn't aware you needed a special component for it to scrobble. [editline]22nd February 2012[/editline] And even with the component, it still won't scrobble. This is starting to get annoying.
if you can't get the audioscrobbler to work please stop using foobar
It's very simple. 1) Install 2) Log in to it through preferences 3) Make sure your songs are in monitored folders or else they won't scrobble

Thanks for the help. Sorry to say, Klownox, but I'm going to continue using it. Maybe after a while I'll be deemed worthy to the point where you aren't such a jerk about it.
oooooh burn?!
lol getting offended over the fact that you can't use foobar
None of those are jazz metal, you fail.
it was a joke

I just scrobble on iTunes lol
I have winamp to play FLAC. Itunes feels better because it presents music in a more inviting way. As long as they smoothly work and are easy to man-handle then I'm fine.

Check Foobar out, if you haven't already, AK'z.
I will in the future probably. But seeing as I use an ipod on journies, I can't really drag more software. Winamp is probably the best I've used in terms of technical stuff.
iTunes and Winamp are shit. Try Clemetine, Amarok or Foobar
Foobar has been nice so far, and it's ultra customizable. What I don't like is how simplistic the layout of the music is. After separating by artist and then album, I've noticed a lot of things get messed up and some tracks from one album copy over to the other. [editline]23rd February 2012[/editline] I'm sure after some figuring out the tracks it'll be a lot more smooth. So far, it's much nicer than Winamp which I've used for ages.
I'm couldn't really care about how "good" it looks, I'm just saying it presents the music cleanly and appealingly. If this is going to be the modern way to access a library of music, I'd like it to compare to the experience of physical formats.
I'm just used to iTunes. Plus I like as minimal programs as possible installed on my hard drive and i use iTunes for my iPod.
I'm just used to iTunes. Plus I like as minimal programs as possible installed on my hard drive and i use iTunes for my iPod.
saying that itunes is minimal is like saying george michael is straight.
iTunes isn't more than one program.
I'd use any other program if I didn't have an Ipod and my Itunes wasn't so meticulously organized. I've spent hours adding song info.
If iTunes is any good then I assume it edits the metadata itself and not just the data in iTunes itself
If iTunes is any good then I assume it edits the metadata itself and not just the data in iTunes itself
It doesn't The only reason I have itunes on my computer is for my ipod
