One Dream Theater song already bores me, how did you get through that much without dying?
Soundtracks are good and nice and useful for people who are not into music that much yet.
I'm just saying that you should probably branch out a bit if most of your music's soundtracks.
I seriously do not get how you can think this.

I like the music and I'm aroused by technical guitar/bass/keyboard playing

~~2 deep 4 u~~
Dream Theater, more like Solo Solo: The Soloist solo playing solo
~~2 deep 4 u~~
Probably.
I'll stick with my realistic view upon music.
I think I give them enough credit. I think Yoko Kanno is one of the best composers I've heard.
The thing I dislike about soundtracks, however, is that whenever you hear a song, you think of the section from the movie/game/tv show where that song played instead of giving you the freedom of creating your own world for the song.
If that makes any sense.
[sub][sub]oh god I'm starting to sound like Akayz[/sub][/sub]
Really? Sure I get the connection to the part of the game where I first heard the song or where in impacted me the most, but I can envision something different; hell, I haven't even seen Tron Legacy yet. But you can say that about any song, really. I'm sure that a lot of people imprint a moment that happened while the song was playing, it's just how music works sometimes. The song Handlebars reminds me of my trip to NYC for a Brawl tournament that me and some friends went to because I heard it on the way there.
I wanna say something is wrong with you.
for not liking animals for leaders, for listening to so much dream theater, going on another discography run right after finishing my current one, or for threatening to shove a knife into my urethra?

I'm going to say all 3. But mostly the third because that's just fucked up.

there was 4 points, and I was trying to show how painful and slightly comical that discography run was for me.
Discography runs arent usually painful, but Dream Theater was involved.

Honestly, Animals as Leaders is really, really boring. It's a whole lot of progressive going nowhere, imo.
