Was the cop trying to pull them all over or just one or two guys? Whichever the case, maybe it would have been best had he waited for back up, because clearly these bikers thought that them out numbering the officer made them untouchable.

I also noticed that in the last angle in the video, as the rider is coming up to the crowd, one of the guys gets off his bike and flips up his license plate so it's not visible. All these guys were assholes, and two of them got what was coming.

You often see them have a wilfull disregard for traffic lanes, traffic laws in general and do incredibly fucking dangerous stuff, which not only endangers themselves, but everyone else as well. Just look at this video - you have one of the guys jump on his bike and pull the front wheel up. Surrounded closely by other bikers.
