Things in movies/TV shows that annoys/frustrates you

Characters becoming more and more extreme in their signature quirks in TV shows as the seasons go by.
When main character's wife is totally unlikeable. It's a popular trend in TV shows. Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Rome, Deadwood, Mad Men, Homeland etc.
everyone has the exact amount of money to pay their taxi fare
I can't stand characters that are continuously called upon to solve a case or something, despite that character having fucked up in literally every case they've been a part of and gotten more than a few people killed as a result of them fucking up.
[sp]e.g. Carrie from Homeland[/sp]
Not really do with things in movies. But I hate when movie reviewers spend 75% of the review describing what the movie is about.
I already know what it's about, that's why I want to see if it's good or bad. Maybe a brief sentence, but not the whole damn thing.

It's even worse when they start to describe plot details and ending. Many reviewers these days have no idea how to review a movie.
When cops always seem to fail in some movies
When the grunts of both good and bad guys just can't shoot for fuck's sake and simply die in large numbers.
And the bad grunts are often shown as incompetent.
When the protagonists on the run from *insert powerful enemy here* finally come upon a cop who believes them/is willing to call for help/whatever else, you just KNOW that cop is gonna get murdered n a minute. Bonus points if the killers are dressed up as cops. Extra bonus points if the cop's death is also framed on the protagonists.
Also on "murders you know are about to happen", when any of the following occur:
-now that we're safe I can do all I always wanted to do [he dies and bam, they're not actually safe, what a twist]
-hey man look who im coming back to after the war *shows picture of wife and kids*
-person gets injured and gets told he's going to be alright
-character fucks up through the whole movie, and then there's that scene where he's the only one that wasn't captured or something, and it's obvious he's going to do a sacrifice to redeem himself
Whenever there's someone who stands up or gets in a position where they're obviously going to be hit by a sniper, I'm just like, "NOOO! GET DOWN, DAMMIT!"
This one is brought up a lot, fight on a train, hero drops on the ground while the villain looks confused or even turns around to look what's wrong.
Unarmed hero knocks out henchman with gun, takes the gun but doesn't search him for extra mags. I'm talking about situations where you have the time and know you have a firefight coming up.
