Isn't that just a MUD reference in general, not Hellmoo in particular?

The mud it was created in was Hellmoo, or is using the hellcore. The map is also indicative of it being pretty much a slightly tweaked Hellcore, as it's from an area within the game (the purple background VC for example is Vice City, located in Freedom City). It's a reference to MUDs in that the game itself is a MUD, but it'd be like saying that the Deus Ex edits are references to Video Games in general, not Deus Ex. The edits are game specific, not genre.
