Christopher Walken reads Go the Fuck to Sleep

The title of the book is Ten little Niggers.
It was written when racism was acceptable, but still.
I've got 3 of the Bunny Suicide books, they're pretty good.
This shit is funny as hell.
I don't think my parents ever read stories to me as a child, but it never really effected me. I started reading whole books on my own when I was 5, I think the first book I ever read was the Bible.
Oh well, the past is the past. At least I'm Atheist now.
What the fuck has that got to do with the thread? And a five year old reading the bible haha.
All things of biological origin defecate.
more?
alright then, but just for you guys

When I was younger, my mum apparently went to read to me a book by Enid Blyton (I believe thats how its spelt, sue me if I'm wrong.), called The Three Golliwogs. The book was written in 1968. The names they were given would probably get me banned, so I'll just say that my mum had to quickly change their more than impolite names to Bill Bob and Jim.
I still have the book lying around here somewhere - Enid Blyton's originals are a goldmine of racism and sexism.
Whats more worrying is that my mother was brought up on them.

Golly, Woggie, and Nigger :tinfoil:
I'll be honest, the Ted Kennedy one made me laugh. So did the one about boobs, sperm, and conjoined dudes.
Where the Highway Ends is not an actual book. That's a photoshop of Where the Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein (which is a fantastic children's book).

A good question is, why are they called Beans?
They don't look like beans.

I still see Golliwog dolls everywhere in Australia, I wonder why it's acceptable. I always walk past toy stores and they'll be staring at me through the window.
