If you seriously think that, then you need to give this another watch and consider the woman's perspective. He kind of demonstrates that he doesn't react well to confrontation at the restaurant; his date even tries to soften the rejection by telling him it's ok, and he still gets visibly upset at the idea of not getting his way. Look at the guy from her perspective, and you tell me if it's worth the risk of trying to let him down easy.
I can get why that might seem deceptive to someone in his shoes, but if you're angered by the fact that she's with someone else then doesn't that kind of justify her tactics?
He should have gone to /fit/ and /mu/. With his looks, he would score heaps of chicks lulz
