Just folk metal thus far.
And whatever Versailles are. People have called them power metal or symphonic metal or something. Whatever. Even then, I only listen to one song, and rarely at that.
Progressive mostly. Extreme too sometimes.
Nu and Folk metal
Mathcore, Grindcore, Goregrind, Thrash, Arniecore, all that good stuff.
Post metal is genius, so is death, a bunch of -cores, and various sub-sub genres of progresive and technical metals, as much as those terms bug me

I'm still pissed about Isis breaking up :(
Glam,Thrash,Traditional/NWOBHM/Speed/Power
Industrial, nu, metalcore, and progressive metal

What is Symphonic Metal?

[sp]I have no idea what I'm taling about[/sp]
Black, Melodeath, Folk and Symphonic are the ones I listen to mostly.
Different combinations of the 4 above are extremely good, as shown by:
Finntroll (Folk & Black, latest album shows Symphonic and Melodeath influences)
Dimmu Borgir (Symphonic and Black)
Eternal Tears of Sorrow (Melodeath and Symphonic)
Power and Melodeath.
This.
The lack of progressive, folk and gothic metal is disturbing. Also doom metal, though that was mentioned.

Count Gothic as doom, and remember I only have 10 options, for crying out loud I had to put traditional and NWOBHM in the same slot.

I've always thought progressive was a stupid genre. If you're not trying to progress your musicianship, you're not doing it right.
And Folk is a crock too.
