I hope they do another season instead of a movie.
I think it works better as a TV show than what it would as a movie.
Yeah I would rather a season over a movie any day.
Also, I think this season is nearly as good as the others. Not quite just because of the scheduling conflicts, but seriously it's nearly on par as every season. Amazing.
I was really worried when I read about people watching the first episode and saying it was shit, but really after you get into it and things come together it was great.
Also, not sure if it was a subtle joke or not but [sp]when Terry Crews is chatting up Lindsay and she says "You remind me of Tobias when we started dating", is that a little joke about how Tobias is supposedly a black person?[/sp]

It's a really great season for series' fans. But there's so many inner and subtle jokes, winks to the audience and stuff, that if anyone would pick only this season from Netflix - he probably wouldn't like it.
But I guess they'd be crazy to start with season 4 anyway?

Jesus christ this new season is something else, I don't think I've seen a piece of TV that's so dense, that manages to pack in so many references to other works, fourth wall breaking shit, in jokes about the show and even expanding on the meaning of an event that occurs in a different episode but at the same chronological time. Takes amazing writers to know about scheduling conflicts and make some ridiculous non linear story out of it rather than compromise the show's quality.

I really think they pulled the "multiple storylines occuring at the same time" off pretty well. The further you get into the season the more "oh, so that's why that happened" moments occur, in a very humorous manner.

If anyone did not enjoy the order the new season is in, some one over at reddit made a chronological order of the new season.
It really feels more like the past 3 seasons since all the characters are shown within the episode and the episode length is shorter to make it feel like it was cut for network airing.
Plus it has the great intros that Arrested Development has, and the "Next time on Arrested Development." It really is only missing a few jokes and Ron Howard's narration in some spots, since he speaks in "Him, Her, She, and Him"'s in the new season.
