And apparently the movie is supposed to be the second part of season 4.
The movie was originally going to be based on the family finding out their life was going to be made a Hollywood movie,but after finding out they would make a movie of their own to go up against it

One joke that I don't think anyone gets, or maybe it wasn't intentional but when Michael mistakes that one Hispanic woman for Lucille's babysitter, I think it was a play on the fact that Marta had two different actresses and if you weren't astute enough you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

She was played by 3 different actresses total actually(one was for like one scene though).
