Well if i want a bird, i want a bird that can learn words like a parrot :P
I would teach it naughty and funny words...
Budgies can learn to mimic words. Males have been shown to be more prone to talking. (Females can learn too, it's just that most females don't have an interest for talking while most males do.)

I have 1, its 6 years old now and misses a leg. Why it misses a leg i don't know, it just suddenly had 1 leg one morning. Probably the leg got caught in the cage and it ripped it off. Don't worry its alright now and old :P
*And for you other people who suggest dogs and cats: I have a dog and i have 2 cats.
The fucking camel spider and coconut crab freak me the fuck out.
Buy a dinosaur.
Trust me, it will be worth it.
If you want something different you should buy a bear.

Last time we had a bunny it died because our cat played with it and accidentally killed it. It was a baby bunny fyi.

Except it wouldn't look like that. It would look like a normal fish, just more jelly like.

As the owner of a tarantula, I can say that they're a nice pet to have. There are, however, various things to consider.
1) Be sure to research the needs of whatever species you plan on buying. Some require 50% humidity, whereas others require humidity as high as 90%. If you live in a really dry region such a high humidity will be pretty hard to maintain.
2) They're not the most active of pets. If you want a pet that's fairly active, a tarantula isn't one. If you DO get a tarantula and it's moving alot, odds are it's not comfortable. (substrate too wet, too dry, mites, etc.)
Scorpions are generally more active, but again there's various things you should research first before just running out and buying one. For instance, some pet stores will display Emperor scorpions in a desert setup, which would lead some people to think that they need a dry cage, which is NOT correct. Emperors are a tropical species, so require a fair amount of humidity.
Buy a Bear.
That's right, a fucking bear.
In fact, sell your car and get a Bear you can ride.
Name it Smokey, then ride it around supermarket stores throwing Molotov Cocktails and shouting about how only YOU can stop Forest Fires.
Alright I'm going to buy a pet... But for you dog and cat loving people out there, it wont be a cat or a dog.
I'm not sure about what i should buy when it comes to a tarantula or a scorpion.
*WTF?! Why buy such a nasty creature!?*
Some of you are probably going to ask like this.
Why i would buy a spider or a scorpion which is normally a hideous creature for most people is because i am fascinated by arachnids and i wish to learn more about em. So i wish to buy one of those, but i don't know which.
Thanks for suggestions! :P
Chia Pet
