The problem I have with so-called "stoner girls" is that a large percentage of consistent drug users have an accompanying, invisible-at-first-glance mental illness, not to mention addiction, which is a mental illness as well. Whether it's anxiety, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder, you don't want to date someone with that. It's tough as balls.
EDIT: If I dated a girl that beat me at videogames, I would think she was hot as hell. After she kicked my ass I'd have to tackle her. (with love)
Oh, and another requirement for a potential girl: sane parents and a moderately attractive mother. Psychotic parents will fuck up anything and everything, and most girls grow up to look like their moms. So choose wisely. If her parents are fat, psychotic, and controlling, consider running.

I don't recommend getting seriously involved in a relationship if you have a lot of genuine emotional/personal issues happening, because IMHO they will cloud the relationship and just act as fuel for said baggage. Then you'll feel like shit for not being a perfect boy/girlfriend and other bullshit stuff like that etc..
Nothing wrong with a good friendship though to help you push through. And if you are already dating someone and they are understanding of your situation that can help, but the latter is pretty rare (and if you are not dating, you're not likely to be a very "appealing" person to start dating with when going through phases like these unless you're good at keeping things to yourself).
