Stuff from today PICTURES
Damn, looks really interesting. How bad did things get over there when you were taking pictures?
so... I just loaded my BRAND new save for the first time since I started it... was greeted by solid green (creeper texture?), an "OOOOF!" sound, and... all of a sudden I can't see anything but the skybox (it's night). I look around, and slowly but surely the level starts regenerating over my head, spreading like a black, evil cloud of minecraft chunks. Reminded me of the evil dark stuff from zelda: twilight princess.

jesus, I know I posted that in that thread... forum's been bugging out on me here and there, like I'd hit post quick reply and it takes ten minutes to go through. :raise: [editline]1:11[/editline] yay delete post button :fuckyou:

Write a short line if you like it and more important write one if you don't! [editline]09:13PM[/editline] And by the way: Is lightroom 3 running PAINFULLY slowly for anyone else? [editline]09:13PM[/editline] God dammit latir cole stop touching your face already. [editline]09:14PM[/editline] It starts to look obsessive.

[editline]09:14PM[/editline] It starts to look obsessive.
hahaha, looking through my shots, i seem to do it every other picture. but i done it in the last two to show emotion. i like it.

I tried more of just the hdr and tone mapping of a picture I took this morning of the cows in the nearby field and couldn't get a single result I liked. Also, can I just ask, if you use raw files (I think you do when doing light room stuff?) why the heck do they look 10 times darker than jpeg versions? Makes me just want to stick to taking regular jpeg images. :eng99: I like your pictures changes also, though one thing looks odd because it is as light as daytime yet there is orange highlights of light on the image. Better job that I could do though.
Classy! I like your facial expression and the way you hold your cup.
haha, thanks! i was trying more with experimenting with different post processing really.
WHOA... Latir, when'd you get goldmember? HOW?
WHOA... Latir, when'd you get goldmember? HOW?
I suggested the name 'Mr. Gestapo' to well... Mr. Gestapo
Hah, I wondered where that came from :v:
The name just fitted when i thought of it
haha, thanks! i was trying more with experimenting with different post processing really.
Do you still have inspiration issues? Maybe take a look at Jeff Wall's work and the way he stages his photos.
Jeff Wall? never heard of him?
Do you still have inspiration issues? Maybe take a look at Jeff Wall's work and the way he stages his photos.
From what I saw of the first page of google images, I hate all of them.
Jeff Wall? never heard of him?
http://www.moma.org/interactives/exhibitions/2007/jeffwall/index.html I've suggested to look at him not because of the photos themself but more the way he creates them. You mostly take self portraits with only your body/ head visible ... why don't you take it a step further and imply your surroundings the way jeff wall does it in some of his photos. Just an idea. [editline]12:36AM[/editline]
From what I saw of the first page of google images, I hate all of them.
I like some of them... "A sudden gust of wind" and "Dead Troops talk" for example
Well he seems to be an observational photographer, but i get what you mean. I like how there is more than one thing going on, whilst in my pictures it's usually just me. standing there :v:
Most of his photos are produced with sets, actors and special effects.

It is a lamp.
Another bug shot just because I am trying to stop shooting my pets and scenes: I have a huge fear of spiders so I was pretty anxious. :ohdear:
If I were to take a photo of a spider that large I'd need a lens that can focus on it from a mile away.

I didn't mind that spider too much compared to how I usually would be because it isn't the type of one that comes into my house. I hate the small body but super long and thin long legged ones though they creep me the fuck out.

Also you can modify it multiple times without worrying about jpeg-artifacts.
