It's a shame you hate photography, as they're quite nice pictures.
[img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/rating/heart.png[/img]
:buddy: I sometimes like to mess with images in photoshop for practise. Level changes and sharpening all that simple stuff. More as practise to get the colours looking natural as the technique isn't hard I just like to train my eye (yeah I am not making sense I guess?) I hope you don't mind me playing with your photo I really loved the one of the sea it is beautiful. :h: to
So im not too sure about this one but i think its the best out of the bunch of pictures i took with my blackberry camera. [img_thumb]http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs166.snc4/37629_1544909778335_1102725478_31529403_2340671_n.jpg[/img_thumb]
This looks like it could be underwater imo, other than that it's not very interesting.
I hope you don't mind me playing with your photo I really loved the one of the sea it is beautiful.
Not at all. It's actual kinda sad, The only reason I took pictures that day was because we only have a few weeks before the oil from the BP spill gets here.
I am so sad to hear that considering how calm and pretty that place is. :smith:
I took some pictures with my new camera they should arrive anytime now ok ok hello here they are They aren't very good but it's more of a test to see what the canon 7d can do. All were taken at very low-light situation eventhough that's not very noticable

1/365
Grats on the start of your 365, and welcome to the forum, bop :buddy:
1/365 [img_thumb]http://img830.imageshack.us/img830/6949/30461225.jpg[/img_thumb]
It's a little too dark for me anyway. Good luck with your 365. :buddy: --- Two shots from this morning. There isn't much just outside my house that I haven't already taken a picture of so they aren't the most amazing shots in the world. If I don't use my camera though I get withdrawal. :v:
Went out again. automerge. :saddowns:
In my opinion you should work on composition. The subject of all four photos is in the center of the photo. Your photos would benefit of a more interesting composition.

I agree with what skam said, however this one, i think benefits from being in the middle. i prefer it  anywho 208th & 209th 365:
Could anyone explain to me what "365" is?
i wondered as well, its a photo of your life every day if you google it there are a bunch of sites for it
Could anyone explain to me what "365" is?
It's a project where you take photo's everyday for a year (hence 365). It helps the photographer improve majorly in my opinion. [editline]f[/editline]
1/365
I forgot to say, good luck with you're 365 man. I'll admit. It becomes a hassle sometimes.
1/365
imo that would be cool if you took all 365 with the camera in that position then timelapsed them once done
Thanks for the support team. Everyone is so nice and constructive here. These are some attempts at adjusting levels in photoshop. I also focused on composition when shooting. The day isnt over so im going to get my 2/365 later :) BTW: latir, 208 is sick.
...and I just had to throw in some selective coloring for this one
In my opinion you should work on composition. The subject of all four photos is in the center of the photo. Your photos would benefit of a more interesting composition.
Thanks for the input. I dunno why but I like to centre stuff too much but you're right. Sometimes I have equivalent photos where it isn't centre and I end up picking the centre one. I'll try and choose more different angled ones next time. :buddy:
...and I just had to throw in some selective coloring for this one
howd you do that selective colouring? i have seen a ps plugin to do that but it cost $200
I'd probably do it with a mask
2/365 It's generic and boring, but it was the best looking out of the shots I forced myself to take haha. I bought a 35mm at a thrift store and have been playing with that all day so I might have some interesting scans later.
Every other image loads for me except your new one bopie. It loads about 1/4 and then just freezes up.
Every other image loads for me except your new one bopie. It loads about 1/4 and then just freezes up.
I've been using imageshack. I'll switch to flickr from now on.
That's one great depth of field.
105mm at f/4.5
Yea, the one with the bike is a nice shot.

It sucks when you have to deal with drunk people in the front who won't let you pass. [editline]04:32AM[/editline] I had to make it black and white because the colors ended up extremely washed out. And I need a new lens, preferably a telephoto. She kind of looks like an elf because of my lens. :v:
Dem eyes, the only good shot I got at a concert.
Nice shot. No crit from me. I hate sneaking cameras into concerts.
Security was all over the damn place. Every time one of them passed by I had to hide my camera to my side so they didn't see it. And some people were actually trying to get me in trouble for bringing the camera to the concert. [editline]04:35AM[/editline] Anyways, I need to get a new lens and stop using my kit lens. It's not really preferred for portrait shots at all because the barrel distortion on it is pretty extreme for closeup shots. Any good lenses you guys can recommend me?
