Haha I don't really care in this case, but yeah it's good info to know now.
snip due to reposting with more pictures.
First time taking a photo of a person. My good friend Barbara wanted some pictures, and I wanted someone to take pictures of, so :3:
Obviously quite edited, due to my Canon EOS something (DS6041) not being the most impressive camera there is.
So yeah, first time try. Tips on how to improve would be highly appreciated.
I do realize that her pose, and how i took the picture is quite bad, like her shoe and such, but it was one of the few decent shots i got.
I think it looks good, the only thing I don't like is the little balls in the water are kinda distracting but overall I like it.
I would've liked it more if you put her more to the right.
Tell me, what do you think of this?

Overly processed, I know.

I don't think you over processed it, but you definitly should have had something in the backround. It makes it look like it was cut and pasted into a backround.
Lofoten these first few hours;

A ton more to come, I'm just not going to post more while I'm on vacation. :v:
Spetzaz, I'm really liking the one with the gnarled up rope and the one with the gulls. Great shots. Is the 105mm you used on the gulls a prime?
You should use a Polarizer filter
I love the personality in your shot Uber nooB. It's not over-processed either. And good angle.
too many black borders :argh:
They're fine as long as people keep them to a minimum, like 2 or 3 pxl's
Man, it's been forever since I've been in here, but I see the quality of pictures is still top notch! I really love the shots of the memorial....really great colors(colours?) and angles. Well, my favorite month of the year has finally arrived:

I took a black and white film class a few months ago, I really enjoyed it. These were from a night photography project. They're not the best, and you'll probably notice that I love negative space like nothing else in the world.

Not sure if this constitutes as creative or not but I was quite proud of this picture.
@Dasutin
I really like the one with the car and lamp
Thanks a lot!
That's one of my favorites too.

I love the green tone on this one
