I love cat pictures, as long as they don't have the 'lolcats' text. That's a pretty funny picture once you notice it.
ok this photo isn't anything amazing, was just taking a random picture of my kitten, when I looked at the picture later I saw my other cat in the background and it made me lol.
Haha I love this picture. The cat in the background just makes it so cool.
King of boring, but when I looked at it on the screen the lines kind of drew me in, my only wish is that there were more rings on the rack.
Story: I'm only posting a few pictures because I'm really fucking busy. I just came home from a bar where the WALLS, BARDESK, GLASSES and EVERYTHING was made of ice. AWESOME sculptures. Literally the coooooooolest (pun) bar I've ever been in. Met some awesome Germans. Especially one. Either way, I'm only posting the very, very few images I've had time to review. Hey, I like the one of the house, although I feel it's too enclosed. I want to see more of it's surroundings. Good job though.
Hey, I like the one of the house, although I feel it's too enclosed. I want to see more of it's surroundings. Good job though.
You're in luck, I cropped it. For a reason though. The surroundings are fking ugly.
You should keep your horizons straight, especially in the first one because it is annoying
When I was in Montana, my Film SLR died, when it went through the scanning, they wouldn't allow me to bring it on. So they put it with my luggage that goes under the plane. When we arrived, I brought it out in our rental car, I took two pictures, and then it turned off and nothing worked anymore, I couldn't roll the film or anything. It's worth $10, so I guess I'm just gonna donate it to good will or ebay it, something. So I took pictures with my point and shoot from 2005. [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/DSCF9872.JPG[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/DSCF9880.JPG[/img_thumb] just view them as thumbs, it would've looked so much better on film. but these are horrible in quality, I had a tripod in the last scene, did no difference, whatsoever.

oh man that last one skam, its amazing. I love that the orange colour repeats, and that the buildings are non linear.
oh man that last one skam, its amazing. I love that the orange colour repeats, and that the buildings are non linear.
I disagree, there is no point of interest so your eye wanders uncomfortably across the picture, which doesn't work too well with how the lines in the picture are moving in entirely different directions.
[img_thumb]http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4086/5049629412_bcdf011fd0_b.jpg[/img_thumb]
what is this rabid hobo-clown doing in your house? I just monkeyed around with a 'broken' film SLR and suddenly the shutter started working for no noticeable reason, and all was saved. ...or it could break and you're out $10 or the equivalent in good donation feelings.
Rabid hobo clown is the result of asking my little brother, "hey wanna give me something for my 365?" 70/365 Used a lens cap to bounce the pop-up flash off the wall behind me.
oh man that last one skam, its amazing. I agree with the lines moving in several directions. However, I do not see it as a problem because after all old cities like that tend to look chaotic. But in the photo there is missing something that structures the chaos. (like the lamps in the first photo by gursky ) Furthermore, I do not think a photo needs a point of interest. And before you go crazy on my ass two examples by Gursky:
Me and my friends have this assignment to make a news broadcast for our English class. My friend's dad let us borrow his camera from work. I can assure you that I am very cautious about it. It's a Canon PowerShot SX. It costs about 1 860 USD so if I break it.. :byodood: Anyhow, anyone familiar with it? I can't figure out how I can film in full hd with it. I can only take and record low res stuff. Any help would be great.

That's weird. We found an indentically looking camera that cost about the price that I mentioned. Now that I search for it again I find them for about 500 usd. Must have been another model then.. still, looked indentical. Phew.. I thought it was a bit pricy for it's size. :v:

Carry around business or index cards in your bag, or a laminated square of paper. :iia: Also Commander, dig around in your menu settings for the video quality stuff. I know it's a bit buried on my D5000, so just keep lookin'
-Lotsofimages-
Is this where you live or are you on vacation there. Because where I am in Norway, there's nowhere that look like that. Anyways, where is it?
Is this where you live or are you on vacation there.
I live further south in Norway. Should send a complaint to the TSA since they specifically have regulations allowing for a requested camera inspection.
I really like my 10-24mm lens but the lowest aperture is f/3.5, which is horribly unsharp and makes all my photos look like digital camera shots :gonk: I have a 50mm which does f/1.8 but it's so "zoomed in" it's unuseable a lot of the time.
Well, here's my latest 365: ...and a couple extras: (a skam-influence picture!) hope to get some more inspiration soon or something :)
I have a 50mm which does f/1.8 but it's so "zoomed in" it's unuseable a lot of the time.
There's a 28 f1.8 for $450. On a crop sensor, that's about what 50mm would give you on a fullframe. Personally I'm putting all my money into a fullframe (5d2). It's true that glass is a better investment than bodies, but in my case I really want to get my hands on a fullframe. I'll worry about lenses later. If they made a fullframe rebel, I'd take that. 72/365 My first shot at a 'levitation'. It's far from perfect, but after actually doing it I have a much better feel for it. Tomorrow will be fun. Once again, latir I love all your stuff. The square crop is brilliant.

I like the last of those images, adds power to the gun and even more anonymity to the man than the mask already provided.
