The only thing that bugs me is that while the technical aspect of their videos has gotten better, it's started to become less funny... And since it's supposed to be a comedy series, that's a very bad thing :frown:
This episode is one of the best to date. I need to get the remastered collection and watch it all over again:
The only thing that bugs me is that while the technical aspect of their videos has gotten better, it's started to become less funny... Its all up to RoosterTeeth how they make their stuff though.

I am looking forward to the animated series, I feel like the CGI and stuff they're using in this series is leading up to the animated series in the future. The CGI they've been using in this series has opened up a lot of options regarding what they can do in terms of action sequences and stuff, and when the animated series starts they'll have tons more options over where they'll be able to shoot episodes and stuff. So far they've used the room in Foundry about twice; they're really restricted by the maps that Bungie make in terms of where they can place the action in their episodes. Oh, and "protect me, cone!" did make me laugh a little.

I still like Red vs. Blue but they totally lost me with the storyline. [editline]01:32PM[/editline] And I'm not going to re-watch over 200 episodes.

At least, that's what I suggest, if you can't be bothered watching 100 short episodes that is. (It'd probably take you more time to watch the first 2 seasons of Lost than it'd take to watch all of Red vs Blue.)
Oh what the fuck I need to be a sponsor to download these videos now. When did this happen?
Texas got such a crush on Griff for sure. also, epic scene right here http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/500/texasrvb.png linked due to image size
That was pretty damn awesome. O_O I've always loved RVB, and I still do, but I think the series went a bit more downhill after The Blood Gulch Chronicles, and took on a much more serious tone with the RvB "re_____" series.
Bungie should just give Rooster Teeth the Halo Engine SDK. Imagine what they could do with that, especially with Reach's level of graphics and animation.
Red Vs. Blue and I parted ways after I thought it was going downhill when the Re_____ series started getting serious. I thought that they were tangled up in the plot and let the humor suffer. However, after watching this, the animation is great and the humor was too.
Wow they went all out with this episode, yet it's still amazing. I love you RvB
You know what's also awesome? The scene a few episodes back when meta curb stomps the jeep. Damn.
I like it. I really like it. There's only one problem. It seems like this mean Olm is pretty much doing all the work here. I mean, there wasn't much need for actors if he is doing everything. Just the voices. Then again actual episodes probably won't be this action intensive.
There's only really been a few short scenes using CGI in this series so far, this is the one with the most CGI in it by far. If I remember correctly, the only other bits with CG is when Doc is punched into a wall, when the Reds have a short escape from Washington and the Meta, and when Grif kicks the Church / Epsilon unit into a minefield so that some aliens don't see him.
I had a feeling they hired Monty Oum when i seen the first minute or so, but didnt know they acually did. xD
I love how they are animating alot of the parts now.
Oh, so it's cool to like red vs blue again? Awesome! I've been watching RVB since they first came out, right through all the serious stuff in reconstruction. I like their new return to form. It feels like the first 5 seasons but with animation!
Hey guys, I'm having a bit of difficulty where I left off, what season was the part where [sp]Everyone dies? this was after halo2 I think, they ended up back in blood gulch in Halo 1, and Caboose I think was the last man standing and a ghost falls on him killing him. That was the end of it I thought, but then I saw a few episodes later came out with Halo 3, and I didn't remember seeing any of the characters, got confused and stopped watching, can someone explain to me briefly where I was at and what was going on in Halo3 series?[/sp]
I just fucking came that was amazing.

And you're up to Reconstruction.

The official ending ends with both teams going back to their bases and re-enacting scenes from the first season. First one is canon, rest aren't. Actually, one is missing.
That was pretty fucking cool!

That was so...beautiful...
I talk to caboose sometimes in vent. My claim to fame
That cone image is just... fucking funny.
I started watching the Reconstruction videos again, and I can safely say that the action sequences have improved more than you would probably think. The fight sequence in this is just plain awful.
That was so great to watch.
