Anyway, back to the thread, im pretty new to it but i didnt have the problem. If anything i inhaled to hard and started coughing my lungs out. So i guess do it as calmly as possible, nice and slow.

I remember when I first swallowed smoke, started dry heaving and burping like crazy. I thought I was going to die but then I just went to sleep. Then I felt like I was punched in the fucking kidney when I woke up, so I had like 10 bagels and felt great.

It was like a 500 day ban or something EDIT: 700 days over major smartness loss, it was this one phrase copied 20 times, or something.
