Even though I agree with some of his points (I like this community however), he did say that this community is shit. Why would he stay here? He should either tolerate those minor issues or leave.
I think all facepunchers have a defense mechanism that means being an asshole instead of opening yourself and revealing who you truly are to avoid that the other guy is an asshole first towards you. Thats basically it.
