Facepunch used to be nice until the mass of prepubescent lonely teenage boys registered whos just here to feed their egos. Also because of garrysmod's broad audience of the younger crowd.

I guess I agree.

It is just that everyone wants to be a smartass, and they can, because you are on the internet and have some sense of anonymity. But behaving like a prick is getting old and only makes you look stupid. There are much better ways to entertain yourself and I'd much rather prefer a decent conversation with people that actually think before writing some ignorant/flame-inducing comment. The internet needs a "behave" sign.

When I joined in 08 facepunch was nice and tidy. It was organized and had no shit posting or anything. People were helpful, serious, and could have fun. But now I see shit posting everywhere, one time I scolded him for shit posting in a help thread and I got rated dumb and insulted. Thats just great.

Mods need to be more strict.

Immature posters is why these forums are so fun, serious forums are boring. Seriously, its the internet, every one is out to argue. The ability to say what ever you want, with out any regret, its amazing! Some post may be boring and pointless to you, but fun and interesting to others. In a world where a hefty majority of people listen to rap, of course every one is going to have an ego, calm down. I'm to lazy to respond to the others.
