Rock of Love always seems to be on. Or I Love New York, those shitty reality are always on when I can't find anything to watch. I never watch them, but shows like Maury, Jerry Springer, or Oprah are never scarce.
Discovery Channel, History Channel, National Geographic Channel
Jersey whores, or drawn together.
Does QVC count?
QVC/Bid TV/Shopping channels for housebound old women are far, far less entertaining than infomercials, which can be incredibly awesome.

at 3 in the morning the only thing on is dog shows on the animal planet
Anything on Sky Three or ITV4 is good for killing time. Shit like road wars is good for a quick laugh, and occasionally we get american stuff like world's wildest police chases, which is so outrageous it rocks out loud.
Cash cab or How its made
Also, during all-nighters I just channel surf, and watch what's interesting. That's how I found about Superjail!
Crappy movies on Syfy. Especially on weekends.
It depends. I usually tune into the History Channel or news. I'll also watch Adult Swim on Cartoon Network, if it's a good show on.
The History Channel is one of my top three channels so I watch it all the time; however, it seems to be airing more and more "ZOMG UFOS AND ALIENS" type shows as of late.
I missed the days when they talked about the Civil War and Hitler.
Two and Half Men, I wouldn't watch it normally but when I'm bored it's at least a bit enjoyable.
this one show called facepunch
Fuck that, Frasier is where it's at
2 and a half men, Robot Chicken, Family guy.
BBC iplayer ;)
Total Wipeout

And that's the one with Hammond, not the shitty US one.

This. I find them hilarious. They have like a $500 production value and are all the same (some kind of alien / mutated animal threatens people. A small group of people has to save mankind. There's always an attractive young female and a young male for her to fall in love with. An older and normally combat experienced man teaches them the ropes, etc.). The level of overacting is also priceless.
Some crappy sit-com called "The Game". Loved the intro riff, though. But now I don't watch TV, since I only have one station.
I forgot a pretty major one: Americas Funniest Home Videos (AFV). This show is always on and even though they re-use the same clips over and over again, I find it's a worth a laugh every now and then.
