If it's an ATMOSPHERIC RESEARCH CENTER, then why doesn't Wiki say anything about it, and why is there such an uproar about it.
Well the wiki says it may be something like that, but it still says ITS PURPOSE IS UNKNOWN.
Wikipedia isn't gospel.
Note to self: Never play a youtube video in this topic or go to the stream with the volume at full blast on the headphones. I kinda jumped on the Mock Nulcear Warning video Spess posted around page 10 since i wasnt expecting such a loud and evil sounding Beep. >_>'
Why is everyone so worried about this being a dead hand system? If it is,it's very unlikely it's fully automatic
the entire purpose of the dead man system is to be fully automatic in case high command gets wiped out. hurf durf
its getting louder and quieter
In the end the sound was only a dubstep song slowed down 800%
In globaltuners, I can't seem to tune less than 000.010.000
Halp?

Yeah, I found out what was wrong...but now the feckin' audio won't load.

I think that those numbers and letters are used by one time decryption things. So we will never know what they say.

They aren't from the UVB-76 frequency, just random morse code transmissions I found
Heres one that decoded pretty well:

Looks interesting
I heard some recordings of talking, sounded like they were in gas masks.
It's a stalker camp.

Typical Ham radio use right there.
Silent Key = Ham radio operator who has died...
Infact, looking up EA2HV (Callsign) Shows that it is an operator out of Spain. Perhaps this is the individual who has died.
You guys do know that amateur radio broadcasters use most of these frequencies to communicate with eachother right? They're doing nothing more but skyping... in morse code.
no its doomsday device ok?
