Basically, keep the bandage on and forget about it. Take it off the next day and apply regular band aids just like any other cut. I had this a few months ago, and it was no biggie.
And and soak in epson salt if there is any pain.

I think they told me to keep the bandage on for like 3 days then remove it and put new on if it wasn't dry yet. Once it was dry i put put on my socks and wore my usual shoes. I don't wear sport shoes so that was a big help as i could fit the bandage with sock around it inside my shoe. And once the bandage was gone my toe would not hit the shoe and open up the wounds again.
I fucking hate nails, why don't we just have skin there instead?
