I think the punishment for animal abusers should be to do whatever they did to the animal to them.

OP, animals are animals, and what we do to animals can be done to ourselves. If an animal abuser can dismember, burn, stab, or hurt an animal i any other way, they can have the same done to them. Sure, we have moral and shit, but we are capable of doing horrible things to other people and animals. Just because it is an animal doesn't mean we can say "its okay because it isn't a human". They're saying it as a more aggressive way of saying that she wouldn't like it if it happened to her/she wouldn't have done it to a human. I agree that people do take it a bit far but I don't think it warrants this many threads about people who say these things.
