And Barcelona keeps hitting the Arsenal Goalie.

Subbing villa out was pretty dumb. And risky.

This spoilt the game, disgraceful ref. Gave Barca everything.
Barca would have no doubt still won regardless but that referee was pathetic.
Arsenal vs Man U now, anyone watching?
[editline]13th March 2011[/editline]
Fucking Man U scored another one.

hohoho Robbie Savage
OP you're gay.
Way to suck the EPL's dick. It's filled with whiny little girls, divers, and shitty overall attitudes, fans, players, everyone.

Best league in the world, without a shadow of a doubt. They play the beautiful game beautifully, and they all play to entertain. Everyone has that attitude in La Liga. That's why the matches are so good.
¡¡Hala Madrid!!

Sadly didn't catch Atletico's match.

It was brilliant. Real was letting Atletico play a bit towards the end though, resulting in the 2-1.
Atletico just doesn't seem up for the challenge anymore, which is a shame, because the atmosphere when they come to the Bernabeu is brilliant.
[QUOTE=JohnnyOnFlame;28465196]They call it "Soccer" usually.[/QUOTE]
Only in America.
WHY OH WHY ARE THERE STILL PEOPLE ARGUING ABOUT THIS?
I just skimmed the entire thread and it's just people going on and on.
Everyone making American Football jokes are probably never left the country uncultured suburbanites. Shut the fuck up please. You too Ozzies. I'm of Spanish blood, and very very close to it, but, I also watched, and played in rugby matches, and I've played as quarterback for my school's junior varsity team.
I've attended and been to;
Real Madrid ("Soccer")
FC Barcelona ("Soccer")
Atletico Madrid ("Soccer")
Man United ("Soccer")
Fulham ("Soccer")
AS Roma ("Soccer")
LA Galaxy ("Soccer")
Melbourne Storm (Rugby)
San Diego Chargers (Am. Football)
Chicago Bears (Am. Football)
They are all enjoyable and fun in different ways. I myself prefer "Soccer" the most since I've been playing since I was three.
They're all different. Why do you have to get to prissy over what people from a different nation/culture/backround then you call it? You pretentious, austistic, dumb, arrogant, shitheaded, wanking, never see the light of fucking day and are too god damn fucking scrawny/fat to even play the damn game you defend, little losers. Holy fuck.
And by the way, if you don't know what the MLS is, which you narrow minded wankers probably don't, it's a pretty good league here in the US, and some of the pretty good clubs that play in it are suffering because Americans are probably the least open minded society in the world. The league has Beckham, Henry, and Donovan. Not to mention the numerous amounts of rising stars from the Americas. Poor bastards. Thankfully there are still sane people in the US.

Football teams should each have a constituency, and they can only hire players from that constituency. This way Liverpool players are actually from Liverpool, Arsenal players are from London instead of the ridiculously overpayed diving cowards we have now. Also, the French should stop pissing about with the offside rule.
[editline]21st March 2011[/editline]
Fuck Sepp Blatter.
Looks like the title's heading to Old Trafford this season.
And Torres still can't score :v:
Clasico going on right now. Vamos merengues!
Put a bet down for torres to not score this season. Loving it

"Dalglish case differs from Rooney's"
Sir Trevor Brooking has leapt to the defence of Kenny Dalglish in the wake of Liverpool's 1-1 with Arsenal.
The Football Association will not be charging Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish for his behavior towards Arsenal's Arsene Wenger after the Reds were awarded a penalty during the dying minutes of stoppage time.
Following Wenger's outcry at the decision, television cameras caught Dalglish swearing at the Gunners' manager.
Manchester United's Wayne Rooney had earlier been issued a two-match ban for having been caught using offensive language on camera in a league match against West Ham.
This has led to an outrage among the fans, voicing concerns of double standards in the FA.
However a spokesman for the FA is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "We are quite clear that the context of the Rooney incident was wholly different to the other recent incidents cited."
Referring to the verbal spat last Sunday, FA's director of football development, Sir Trevor Brooking insists that Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish's case was entirely different from Wayne Rooney's.
"It was totally different [from Rooney]," he said. "The reaction straight into the camera was the difference.
"I can understand why the incident at the West Ham match led to action being taken, but in this one unless it was exactly like that, which I gather it wasn't, I don't think there is any comparison.
"Wherever I've been since the Manchester United versus West Ham game I don't think I've met anyone who thought it was anything other than the right decision.
"If anyone is still unsure why the action was taken then we should clarify it so that it's consistent. There has to be a clear understanding. Clarification would help us avoid a continued debate."
Liverpool resume their quest to qualify for Europe on Saturday when they host Birmingham, while Arsenal will have to quickly recover from the setback of two dropped points when they take on North London rivals Tottenham on Wednesday.

It's impossible to hate Kenny Dalglish :v:
The best football league is England's. The far most balanced, LFP gets boring because every year is either barça or Real Madrid who wins, and lately it's only been Barça.
Leeds united, Leeds united FC, were the greatest club in football, the world has ever seen!
Such a lie ^, but i stand by my club nonetheless.

Then again, the Premier is getting fairly bad. For the past few years it's just been either Chelsea or Man United. I'm happy that Arsenal have had a good go this season though. But at the same time, it's all about money these days. Give a club a fuck ton of money, and a few seasons, and they'll be winning everything. It's kind of making the game inbalanced.
But I still think English leagues are the best. More fast paced and players get stuck in a bit more I think.
FUCK yea FOOTBALL is the best
