[img_thumb]http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y207/yoman258/soccer.png[/img_thumb] Clearly, Soccer. I enjoyed playing Soccer, played for probably longer than most people on this forum have been alive... However, watching it? BLAAAAH So boring to watch. However, watching Deutschland in the WM 2006 was very fun.
Yeah, we call it Soccer in America... Meaning it is correct to call it Soccer in America. You guys call it football. Meaning it is correct to call it football where you live.
This is the only sport where I really cannot understand why people talk about it so much, I can't sit down and watch it as it's dreadfully boring, I would sooner watch a game of cricket than watching people throw themselves to the floor pretending to be hurt, football should be used to find actors.
Another picture of a free kick: Yay football.

You can't compare apples and oranges by taste. You can't compare sports by taste.
I don't like it.
This is a much better statement.
You are a troll or an idiot.
Why? Because I said I enjoyed playing soccer? Good call...
It's actually Spelled Soccer. But it's a nice game.

i dont understand why is it called football it should be called ped sphere because you kick it and its a sphere wow what a pussy sport you cant even hit each other
I have never been a huge fan of football, find it very dull to watch. I also get annoyed with all the pampered, overpaid players moaning and trying to get a free kick for tripping over their own feet... Much prefer rugby.
BTW North Korea Playing against UAE in Asia Cup Now on ESPN! Watch how Best Korea owns the UAE!!
The only knowledge I have from football is the kids at school talking about it ALL THE TIME, and it's pretty annoying. If that wasn't the case, I'd probably enjoy it though

Soccer is this sport. I'm sure more than the us and Australia call this soccer

I really question on what grounds we called it "Soccer". It's not even a word.
I really question on what grounds we called it "Soccer". It's not even a word.
Eh?
Fun to play, not so much to watch. That's just my opinion.
agreed
3:50 AM in the morning here in Australia. been up all night and am so pumped, i hope we win! Full time is up and where going into extra time! ZOMG
i dont even know why you americans call your version of rugby "football" you dont even use your foot a lot. and you cant respect the rest of the world calling this sport football.
I love how every sports thread turns into a giant football/soccer/American football/rugby fight to the death.
Steven Davis > Lionel Messi
Good joke. Love how many dumb ratings the thread got. Some people need to get back to Minecraft. [editline]29th January 2011[/editline] Best dancer of 2010.
