I would suggest reporting for spam and moving on for idiots like this.
They clearly did not read the thread title and are only posting to provoke.
One of the more active January closing days for a while. Big deals going on.

I can remember last year when Robbie Keane signed a 3 month loan deal with Celtic in the dying minutes of the window. Was intense.
Then you came with unrealistic expectations and should not be surprised you walked away disappointed.
Football is not a slow game, but it is an highly technical game which requires finesse. (Something that cannot be said of it's American Counterpart). Football games are not about scoring as many points as possible, it's scoring more than your opponent. Why do so many people fail to recognise that? Why do they expect it to 65-61 every game?
They're not allowed heavy physical contact, and have to use their feet to expertly control the ball to bypass players and kick the ball with high accuracy to other players. If you're not capable of recognising that, don't watch it and don't comment in this thread. If you've ever tried playing Football, you should be able to appreciate how difficult the game actually is. All you're doing is coming across as ignorant and silly.
Your comment is akin to saying "I watched 10 minutes of Formula 1 and there was only one crash!!!"
Wow, so many contradictions.
"Not scoring as many points as possible, its about scoring more than your opponent"
Thats exactly the point of every sport with a point system. Thats how you win any sport.
And by "highly technical and requires finesse" you insinuate that soccer is superior. However every sport requires "finesse" and every sport is highly technical. In American Football, you Europeans may generalize it as a bunch of brutes smacking eachother around, however you fail to realize the literal hundreds of people formulating strategies and analyzing the other team to find weakness.
Just like how Americans would generalize that Rugby is a sport of brutes smacking eachother around.
Now, Americans like myself are used to high point scoring games such as Football, where every action is meaningful.
It is just strange to see a bunch of people just running back and forth.
Also, I don't watch racing for the crashes. I watch it to see a race.
Also, I've played soccer. Its piss easy.

I wouldn't call football easy, ever played a fast paced five a side match?

1. Finesse means delicacy. American Football does not require that to a tenth as Football. There's no insinuation, Football is superior. Thats why it's the #1 sport in the world and why only America have American Football as their #1 sport. Analysing and Strategy? Yeah, because all 22 players run on the pitch and play randomly.
2. Scoring one and stopping your oppositon from scoring is a valid a tactic as scoring 20. I mentioned that as people unrealistically expect a goal a second. This is also true in AF and Cricket.
3. Running back and Forth? Attacking and defending you mean. If the centre back doesn't get back in time, he leaves a hole in the defence and the opposition are more likely to score. That's meaningful, even if it doesn't result in a goal for his team. You completely fail to understand that you don't need to be scoring goals to be making a contribution and playing well. It's not aimless running.
4. You have not played Football to the level of the English Premier League. You have played at high school level or so. It's like you going to the superbowl and saying you could get a touch down piss easy.
I don't know what that means.
But its still easy. Passing is very easy. Getting through opponents is tough. Shooting is easy. Getting through the goalie is tough.

Shooting is more than a toe punt at goal, getting the right curve and power is the tough part. As for passing, it can be tough, you can't lob the ball upfield and hope for the best, you have to find and pick a good place to pass.

Your other points are fine except 1.
Soccer is the #1 sport in the world for the following reasons:
1. Its cheap to play and easy to organize.
2. Its easy to learn.
3. Third world countries.
Soccer is only popular worldwide because the people of third world countries have nothing to do so kicking a ball at eachother is very eventful.

I only toe punt but I'm not an idiot, what retard would just kick the ball across the field in Soccer. Its just giving the ball to your enemy.

Wow.
You should be a football manager.
These tactics are amazing, and full of insight.

You have literally no clue of how the game works and every time you post you are making this abundantly clear.
Kick the ball across the field = Cross. You cross into an open space where your player is running onto the ball. This circumvents the opposition and with luck, allows you to get into a goal scoring position, or allows your team mate to cross into yet another more advantageous position.
Try watching Cesc Fabregas' passing. He threads the ball through defenders so his players can get through one on one. To you it may look like he's kicking the ball nowhere, but it's not.

Of which the sport was popular mainly in Europe and its colonies.
A perfect and actually good example of this is that in South Africa during the Apartheid, you would have two groups of people on the same street.
On one side of the street, you would have Europeans playing Rugby in a nice, well maintained field.
On the other side, there would be poor Africans who were playing soccer in a shitty field.

I see no strategy. Its all improvisation, but I will say that you have formations. I say this with respect to the fact that soccer is a mobile sport.
When it comes to American Football, you have hundreds of plays and strategies you have to use to counter your opponent. While you may know soccer, I know football well.

I respect American Football, in that there are certain plays and they develop them over the course of years, but you are foolish to think that this doesn't happen in Football. Teams practice what to do on corners, free kicks, on breaks (attacking after winning the ball in a heavily defensive position basically), in open play.
They study where they need to run, which opposition to run at, which foot is the defenders strong side, what the goalie is good at, what he's bad at, is he hot headed, is he calm, does he panic.
Sir Alex Ferguson, even though I hate him, did not become so successful and keep his job for 24 years through blind luck, but through tactical brilliance.
Only reason why I don't like sports like soccer(football whatever) and hockey and such but I like sports like American football is because I just like the pace of it better.
I prefer how American football is more step by step than soccer where something is always happening even though nothing ever comes of it.
You missed the most important thing about football. The one thing the professionals do so well and make all the kids want to copy them.
The incredibly convincing dives
His armband said he was a fag, Torres, Torres,
I'll never walk* away he said, Torres, Torres,
They bought him up from sunny Spain,
He takes the ball, he falls again,
Fernando Torres, Chelsea's number 9
brilliant!
God dammit, why didn't American Football get a more fitting name. The ball barely comes in contact with the players' feet.
Oh, how I love the fans!
what league?
National Football Conference.
Premier League should be interesting tonight. Shame it's only West Brom v Wigan that's on Sky Sports.
I hate how everyone in London (Mostly young people) supports Manchester United even though they've never actually been to Manchester. The only reason was because when they were young Manchester united were the best team.
I moved from Manchester to just outside London, I know more united fans down here than back up north, and it really pisses me off sometimes
Also, Arsenal against Everton, and its 2-1. Not bad even without Nasri.
