The NER is unsupportive of the GPRI's takeover of Southern Ireland, but reluctantly agrees to the GPRI's trade offer.

The Nothern Nation, officially "Ice Rock Islands" (also referred to as Nothern Rock Nation), gained independence in 1946. Since then the island has been governed in a democratic way, having elections every 4 years (unless the government falls). It thanks it's existence to the rich ore ground and plenty of oil in the surrounding seas. The main export is of course those minerals, metals and oil.
Some say the country is the true form of technocracy, as the country mainly focuses on creating new alloys, renewable energy and other scientific matters. This also backfires on the population as they are rather dull people and considered boring by outsiders.
It sports no impressive army whatsoever, as they don't have the industrial capacity nor the population to support one. During conflicts they often stay neutral. The country only has a defensive system worthy of calling, it is no good on the offensive side.
In short, this country needs bigger allies, both in economic and military aspects. It is a self-sustaining country, meaning it imports little.

The AV-2 half-track is completed and had some changes. It's role has changed from a heavy brute unit to a support "assassin" tank. It has bigger wheels and a smaller turret,along with a weak gun with high penetration.
The league is also screwing around rocketry. An new ICBM is tested.
The league also offers help to Fennia in their quest to make a moon base,since the League already has and small moon lab.

Equipped with a double fit AA module, long range guided/fire&forget missile pod and the brand spanking new EMP deflector. The ship uses special alloys to protect itself from the generated EMP blasts. This makes it highly efficient for disabling enemy electronics. The nature of this alloy however does not allow it to take a lot of punches, rendering it useless as an offensive tool. The ship is equipped with the needs for protecting itself from incoming attacks however, giving it time to flee to saver havens when needed (if present). One last surprise it has at hand: a detachable torpedo pod at the bottom of the ship, allowing free rotation and a great angle for firing at enemy targets at short ranges.
