Are people who you see in dreams real people or figments of our imagination? - General

Hmm, I've never dreamed of "this man", but I swear I've seen that fucker before.

There are some dreams that I can remember for ages, usually because they reoccur. For example, I used to have the same dream every night, It was bloody horrible.

I either see someone I know or something that reminds me of a creature I've seen, movie, real life story, whatever.

I still remember my first nightmare, or at least the first nightmare I can remember. It happened when I was about 7, I was running around in an awesome field, everything was cool, suddenly, all life started dieing and a huge rip in the ground opened, I fell, woke up terrified.

I never remember peoples faces. But I'd say it's a composition of features you know.

I sometimes have short dreams that I swear I've had before, but thinking about it, I actually haven't. It's weird.

My girlfriend's real, my family & friends are real, my teachers are real, my pets are real...the list goes on. I have had a few occurances of dreaming that something will happen in the future and it does. [I]Deja vu[/I] can be awesome but frightening.

I very rarely am aware of having dreamed. When I do recall dreaming in the morning, it's always a mixed-up variant of some day the past week. I've never dreamed someone I haven't seen before; when I don't know exactly who someone is, it's usually an actor or some random person from high school.

they're always people I've never seen before.

Dreams are just an alternate reality everyone in them is real, but maybe not from this world. For all we know, isn't our reality a dream?!
