We use the same trainer, do you ever have to keep tapping whatever button for it to work? Scrolling through the same menu works fine all the time, but pressing 5 or whatever it is you have to do it like 500 times for it to register. It happens to my friend too since I sent him mine.

Sounds like general lag to me, since it registers those keypresses inbetween cycles (kinda like how Steam recognizes the shift+tab command), it'll be hard to hit it if the game isn't running smoothly.
Otherwise all I can say is you have a sticky 5 key. *shrug*

I want a Willys Jeep. Not for daily driving, but for offroading. I'd put a slightly better engine in it since those have no horsepower or torque, and probably a snorkel.
