Wow what a dick move. I'm still pissed about the 1000+ smilies being removed, and the changes to Gold membership, but now this? It's like he's gradually trying to remove everything that makes this forum at least somewhat unique and creating the most 100% no frills [i]generic[/i] layout ever, with the only thing unique being the community. I don't get it.

Megathreads serve as pillars for different sections of the community. If you don't like them then why not just not click them? You shouldn't be restricting that, and by removing [table] you're inhibiting what the community can do. Even if it's "garry's forum, garry's rules" which I totally respect, the consensus is pretty clear that removing the feature is damaging to the forum as a whole. Although I agree with you all in that the removal of the table tag was a shitty idea, imagine if you owned a forum, you can do what you want. If the users don't like it, they can fuck off to their own forum. He can do what he wants because it's his own forum.
