He mentions fig will allow you to actually invest in the games... They do realise that for most people that's illegal, right? In simple terms, unless you're a sophisticated investor (the definition varies by country but generally you need to have total net assets greater than a few million dollars or have made more than a few hundred grand last year from your investments) you can't invest in a company unless its listed on a stock exchange or you have a personal relationship with the company (i.e. you work for them or a family member/friend does).

These rules are pretty standard in most Western countries so no, you won't be investing in them.

I feel robbed after the fuckup that Was Broken Age, and even before that reached its goal I saw multiple warnings not to trust Schafer with my money. Boy did I feel like a fool afterwards.

Tim has come across as a huge fucking hack since that fuckup, too, so I can safely say he isn't getting a penny from me ever again.
