It's not always fanboyism. It's perfectly reasonable to state your opinion on another game even if it does sound a bit harsh.
I've been a CoD addict for the past 4 years. I just accepted battlefield into my life. I am loving every minute of it. Battlefield over cod any day.

Whenever a new something in an existing genre appears, it is natural that people compare it to other things in the same genre and there's nothing bad about that.
