Use My Third Arm
I would let them all gang bang me. I'm a pretty straight guy too. Rate rainbows.
If you enjoy Pantera make sure you check out Exhorder.
Use My Third Arm
Far Beyond Driven is definitely my favorite album of theirs partly because of how darkly sexual and gritty it is.
My favourites are I Am The Night, Power Metal, Cowboys From Hell, Vulgar Display, Far Beyond and some of the stuff from Trendkill

"I fucked your girlfriend last night whilst you were sleeping" Fuck you Phil. Fuck you.
THE GREAT!!! SOUThERN!!! TRENDKILLL!!! Still love this shit, even though I barely listen to metal anymore.
I feel like a terrible person, but I just can't get over Phil Anselmo's vocals. I've listened to Vulgar Display of Power and The Great Southern Trendkill at least twice in their entirety, along with a good few songs from Cowboys from Hell and Far Beyond Driven (Haven't really listened to anything from Reinventing the Steel), and Anselmo's vocals are such a turn-off. If they had anyone doing vocals, rather than Anselmo, I could probably stand them a lot better. Hell, even if they had fucking Justin Beiber doing the vocals, rather than Anselmo, I think I could enjoy Pantera more. Not to say I don't like Pantera. I just don't like Anselmo, and his vocals ruin an otherwise heavenly listening experience when listening to Pantera.
I know what you mean. I get it particularly with Trendkill.

Power Metal and Cowboys were definitely his best.
Dime squeals hnnng
Fun-fact: David Gilmour invented them back in 1972.
Truth Pink Floyd invented like everything before they were famous. (Technique, not the band) And yeah I agree that Pantera didn't have a great vocalist. He's alright but it gets on my nerves at times.
Anselmo is one of my favorite heavy metal vocalists of all time, his voice is awesome
Fucking love him in Cemetery Gates. But that's really all I love him in. I like him, he's just not amazing. Definitely works with the style, so I guess any other singer wouldn't be right. Also fff so amazing
Fun-fact: David Gilmour invented them back in 1972.
Fun fact: Where the fuck in Meddle are there any pinch harmonics? Fun fact 2: Eddie Van Halen was the person who made them immensely popular. Same with tapping. Fun fact 3: And Gilmour's most memorable solo with pinch harmonics, was the ONE pinch harmonic that starts the Comfortably Numb outsolo. Which was from The Wall, which was 1979. Edit: I will, however, give you credit for mentioning that its arguable origin was Gilmour though. Eddie and Dime just perfected it.
I never said they were on Meddle. 9:28 and 10:13 :siren:Re-Rail::siren:

which era james are we talking about here early, load/reload/st anger, new era?
He was best in Kill 'Em All and worst in RtL I think. Although Kill Em All, RtL and MoP are still their best. The actual music that is RtL makes up for his mediocre vocal work on it.
you shittin RtL vocals were awesome. Load, Reload and St Anger had pathetic vocals I know James blew his voice but still

Domination is by far my favourite Pantera song. Closely followed by Shedding Skin. And after that there's all the classics. Walk, Cemetary Gates, Cowboys From Hell, etc.
5 Minutes Alone and Use My 3rd Arm are pretty awesome
Intro to CBFH is probably the best in all metal.
Drag the Waters is a great "Kick down the door and shoot some bad guys down a narrow corridor" song.
