gotta say this thing is 10000x different from the CAW one. Weighs next to nothing and is pretty much all plastic, so is kinda cheap feeling compared to the boat anchor of machined metal that the CAW was. Ill probably write up a review in the next few days.

Sold it off a long time ago because it couldn't launch footballs and was too heavy for tiny 15 year old me to carry around a large woodland field easily. Thing honestly weighed more than my M60 when loaded :v:
I seriously doubt this thing can launch footballs either, but I pretty much plan on using it as a CQB weapon with low-powered beehive grenades so I figured it was worth a buy given how inexpensive they are (comparatively, anyway).

Could someone explain the difference between a chin weld and a cheek weld?
I don't think a chin weld is actually supposed to be a thing, it's just what people say when the optics are mounted so far up that you could rest your chin on the gun.

Hell yes, this thing is mostly the wood stock so the only part I can really see getting damaged from running into walls or tripping is the front sight, barrel, stock, and maybe the AA sights if an Murrikan pigdog B29 hits my rear sights on its way down

Soooooo I decided to get into airsoft again.
Went to a shop with a mate, with the goal to get some clothes and a mask, and we would rent a gun at the field.
Needless to say, being surrounded by sexy guns made it really hard to not go full retard and buy a gun..
Got myself an ASG M15A4, full metal except the handle and stock ( which is nice and big ), with a Spartan ACOG red dot scope and some mid cap mags.. Phone pics incoming, sorry.
Upgrades so far; LiPo 7,4v 2200 mAh battery, and the scope. Might put some M120 and a stronger motor in it, but it's perfekt for my needs right now.

I'm surprised you can use that ACOG with that mask on. I don't see why there aren't any masks that are just missing the right cheek area so you can sight your gun.
