Added some KAY AYE CEE rail covers to go with my KAY AYE CEE foregrip, and slapped on a handmade paracord sling. I didn't make it myself but damn is it nice. Solid, very rigid, doesn't feel poorly made. No random frays, no loose ends, the hardware is metal instead of plastic like on a lot of these. No wobble/undue flex. Much as I hate to admit it, I'm really liking how this is turning out. I usually don't like the C variant but this is pretty damn sexy if I do say so myself.

Something like that? idk it came off my old VFC AKS-74N, was wrapped around the stock. I'm using it to hold on the handguard since the handguard pin that came with the gun doesn't have an end cap so it literally does nothing to hold the C-length handguard in (it originally came with the clone K handguard, I'm guessing)
I actually kinda like it. The way it's wrapped around there is pretty comfortable for my off-hand. Once I get a new handguard pin I'll probably re-wrap it in a more comfortable way.

It also had a full tuneup.
363mm 6.03 Prommy barrel, Ultimate hopup unit with 50 degree rubber ( mags are damn tight with this one ), a guarder sp110 spring, and reshimming. Shoots like a dream with 0,28s.
Also waiting for a silicone grip and a 2500 round drum mag with electric spool to arrive next week.

Is very advanced Type 56, IR laser and white and IR flashlight. Perfect for hunting down operator wannabes.
So far so good, I just need to buy a bigger hex screw kit so I can get the rail off for painting too.

I'm not against painted rails if the rest of the gun is painted but just painting it on its own might look kind of bad, Especially with that shade of green.
With the grip and stock painted it looks neat, almost like a C7 or something.
If you paint any more then it might start looking like one of the shitty two-tones we have over here in the UK if you don't have an UKARA.
A friend came with an alternative to painting the rail. Get rail covers and paint those instead.
