when i tried an ics/ca lower before we didnt have the selector plate. Now that we know this, I think I might just buy one and try again.
current issues are that the safety doesnt work and the stock wobbles a lot. Im guessing adding epoxy for thickness to the lower where it contacts the stock will stop the wobble.

I love it, it's my favorite stain for my Russian stuff and its color looks REALLY close to the color of my Mosin.
Much better than any of the stock stains. Been thinking about picking up a Cyma AKM and refinishing it to a color like that since I can run whatever gun I want now that I've dropped the whole impression thing.

Protip: Take steel wool to all surfaces until you get rid of the gloss black and it becomes more gun metal. When you just take a gun and take the paint off hard surfaces / raised edges it just looks dumb.

The M4 was shipped out and arrived within 3 days. Test fired it; fired like a charm. Batteries were a bit hard to put in. Upon further inspection, it was once front wired. So if I decide to run a PEQ box battery compartment. Only some front rewiring is needed.

The first one was an awful, cheap plastic springer H&K USP, now broken. Second was the SPAS12 - after that I upped my game a little. Third gun was the G36C, fourth was the springer Beretta, fifth was the M4A1, and the sixth (most recent) is the GBB Beretta 92.
Also I might have mentioned in this thread before that the M4A1 was Classic Army, it wasn't. Well, not on the box, anyway. It's [I]extremely [/I]similar to the Classic Army one, and knowing ASG I'm not ruling out the possibility that it was a rebranded Classic Army, especially given all the markings on it that I sprayed over :v:
