Proff, if you have a DD Omega rail you can put whatever you want on it lol. I just think KAC URX deserves better than floperator sights. because I'm a massive KAC fanboy
Eagle Industries, KAC, MICH 2000s, khaki. Operating: the golden years.
I wanna get a URX 3.1 for my real AR but money. I was reminded of that because then I too would need to buy a front MBUS
I have set of black MBUS sights I'm not using... I'm not sure if they're legit or not but I'll sell them to you for a low price if interested.
I'd rather be using legit sights for my real steel. The reason I want magpul is A) I already have the rear (came with gun) and B) they're super cheap for real irons
Ahhh, I didn't notice it said real AR.
That sad feeling when you have to take WTS pictures of your very first guns :c they served me well into the clutches of some Hawaiisofter they depart...
good luck trying to sell any of the optics ;)
You'll never sell the M14 it's not efficient enough too long, too heavy, no polar star conversion kit the G36 might sell but they'll take off the carry handle replace the barrel with a C length tap for a FE and then it's all over take the moral high ground and sell to us instead
Not mine. I saw it on reddit, and it just looked sexy. [t]http://i.imgur.com/oPEA90C.jpg[/t] http://imgur.com/a/WhfSd

I've also noticed that pulling the bolt back fully isn't even possible without first extending the stock.
I couldn't imagine trying to use it like that anyways. The LoP is about 10 inches too short.
It would literally force you to chicken wing so hard.
Terror, why can't you just take the guns with you to the mainland? Leave them at a relative's house or something. You dont have to sell them do you?
Could mail them to your new address maybe? That way you get to keep them but don't freak out TSA?
Could mail them to your new address maybe? That way you get to keep them but don't freak out TSA?
Nah I've already flown from California to here with my G36 (just paid for "oversized luggage", shipping would be the same) so if I were taking it I wouldn't be worried. Honestly I feel like moving past entry-level airsoft. I know they're both decent guns but I'm planning on moving onto the next level of gear with these funds from selling everything. I've been using a condor battlebelt and tamiya nimh batteries with china guns. I would really like to try out lipos and platecarriers and guns that are actually metal (and don't have annoying mags) you know? I really appreciate you guys' caring though <3.
That stuff is overrated. [editline]12th May 2014[/editline] except lipos and non-annoying mags
Belt harnesses are straight up superior to PC's in airsoft imo. They were built for comfort and usability whereas PC's were built for protection first and function second.
It honestly depends on how you prefer on drawing. I like abdominal drawing more than I like hip.
It honestly depends on how you prefer on drawing. I like abdominal drawing more than I like hip.
I feel that comes with familiarity of using that type of rig, but assuming you practiced with both types an equal amount the belt rig would come out as superior.
ALICE was never my favorite for drawing. It got the job done. But it never was as quick as the draws I did with the shingle on my chest.
I think it's more about the pouches than where. An open top like a BFG or fastmag is going to be faster than opening an typical alice pouch even if the beltrig is slightly easier to reach. Now if you just made a solid warbelt setup on the other hand, fair game.

I have a JPC and a bunch of pouches, the total cost was around $50 bucks (brand new, friend bought a crye and he never touched his TMC). I have a surplus Alice rig that was 20. Guess what I use. I sorta feel suffocated in a plate carrier. I only use my jpc on Halloween and cosplay shit because girls dig that shit. Plate carrier does give you a +10 charisma tho
ALICE was never my favorite for drawing. It got the job done. But it never was as quick as the draws I did with the shingle on my chest.
That's not really a fair comparison, there's a massive age/feature difference between the two rigs. If you want some sort of quickdraw belt rig you need a modern battle belt with modern pouches, like I have. While both wear/distribute the weight in a similar way, the belt rigs are lighter, and they distribute the weight lower down which helps them ride better over time.
My D-mans Scar-H Mk17. Has 300mm tightbore, 13:1 gears, m100 spring and a JG Blue coming in the mail. I'm gonna order an Elcan for it next week.
What are those rubber bands for?
keeps the rubber pad on the stock
What fish said, I dropped the pin that keeps the buttpad on in some tall grass to never be seen again.
I mostly use a belt rig but i have no preference, i like drawing from both a PC and a belt rig. I don't think either is much better than the other in any discernible way. I like PC drawing because it feels tight and flush with my profile, but belt drawing allows for a wider range of movement.
I love belt rigs so they can cradle my voluptous curves
