The paint on the upper doesn't look great, but the rest looks alright.

And unless you have another T91 stock for your T91 i think painting it was a bad idea. Personally, don't like modifying things that are part of other things unless i've got a spare, but that could just be me.

And what's with the scraped-off parts of the text on the lower?

tamiya acrylics come off to windex

know this and never buy any other brand of acrylic paint ever again

unless G&P cannot into correct engravings for the XMs then i doubt you have the same.

I can kind of maybe perhaps see a reason they'd blank out the trades if the gun has M4A1 trademarks since it's still in service, and they wouldn't care about the XM's trades since it's 40 years old by now and not as commonly still in service as the M4

That is a Cyma CM048M with restained wood using a mix of mahogany red and a dark brown varnish and weathered body, using steel wool.
