Oh it's really off balance color-wise right now. I'm planning on an FDE M3X light on one rail, a FDE dual pressure switch on the other, and a CT GPS pouch on the stock along with a rubber band grip to make the tan and black more balanced like on the MK18.

It's a real steel Beryl handguard with vert grip and rails. Not very commmon from what I see, but pretty easily available over there.

I sold the G3A4 to buy a FAL wich will arrive soon enough but I still think Ill buy a G3 again in the future since I really really like G3's :P
I had an M14 too at some point & an AKM, but I needed the money more so they met the same fate as the G3

I didn't think you could fit those carry handles to airsoft G3s, that looks awesome.

I might be thinking that they don't fit on the older, slimmer handguards like i've got.

Yes, I regret it too to be honest but whats done is done. Guess I didnt think it trough enough times. Im 110% sure Ill get one again soon enough.

Also, yes the carrying handles do attach, as long as you have the wide handguard. Although I modified it a bit by cutting of 2 tabs on it to make it sit a bit better. They wont fit on slim handguards though.

I never understood the appeal of rods on the back of firearms like that.

Just looks like it would be uncomfortable to shoulder.

You can't remove this piece from an AR because it houses most part of the recoil mechanism. Most of the bolt carrier slides into it when firing.
