working on the jg36 gearbox isnt even bad???
The AR latch is the worst part of V3s.
first time I opened the gearbox to my jg g36 I had to rage quit putting it back together because of that fucking trigger spring.
Opening and closing gearboxes gets easier the more you do it.
I'm pretty used to taking apart and putting V3 trigger boxes back together, it's pretty easy but yeah here's the catch: it is easy especially because you get used to it by putting it back together every time you fail because the trigger mech came apart when you were stuffing everything in the V3 gearbox itself
I often wonder if the original designer/designers of the Airsoft electric gun gearbox ever envisaged they would be taken apart and modified to the degree they are, or were they just considered heavier duty than usual toy internals, or were they expected to be taken apart and upgraded because from a design point of view it doesn't look like it (that trigger return spring everyones so fond of), but then Marui made radio control cars before they made AEG's and as far as I know upgrading RC cars has always been a thing, did they expect the same with these new fangled "AEG's".
Either way you'd think they'd catch on but the costs for the R&D to be develop a simpler gearbox without sacrificing reliability is money they'd rather spend on developing new gunz (re: more ARs and AKs) Because really they don't have much money to gain from designing such a gearbox. I mean ICS tried to do it with their split gearbox design and that didn't pan out very well.
A long time ago I put super glue on a certain part of my AKs trigger group, and it literally hasn't moved since. And I fuck with that gun a lot. I even removed the contacts to install a mosfet. The trigger pull is unchanged, and it doesn't give me any trouble anymore [editline]7th August 2014[/editline] Lol check out my new shotgun guys It feeds from STANAGs....backwards
Give me your opinions on the KSC/KWA MP9. I dryfired one today and its sex. Should i get?
yes [editline]8th August 2014[/editline] source: i have one [editline]8th August 2014[/editline] but be prepared to shell out $45 per mag... if you can find them
I owned the same one. Can confirm that mags are rarer than the Holy Grail.
holy shit the mags are rarer then i thought. I thought they would be common since every retailer in BC and probably the rest of canada always has at least 12 of these things in stock at any given time.
solution: buy 5 mp9s

did you guys have to file down the bolt catch on your mp9s? or should it be ok leaving it stock
Oh look, another AR.
Carry handle scopes = best scopes. [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9988278/airsoft2014/727_2014/727_1.JPG[/t] [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9988278/airsoft2014/80s/602_1.jpg[/t]
Carry handle Scopes are the only way to make AR's look classy, FACT.
working on the jg36 gearbox isnt even bad???
I'm used to working on version 2's. There's 2 f....ing triggers in the JG G36, the AR just goes ballistic when I finally get it in place. Then when I finally get it all right, the trigger mech just goes nope and fucks up, and I can start all over again
did you guys have to file down the bolt catch on your mp9s? or should it be ok leaving it stock
I did a little bit to keep it from scratching into the bolt. You'll also want to loosen one of the springs so the bolt will reset all the way.
been broken for the past year but i still keep it around as a memento
nice arm
lpeg warning
DUAL POWER I owned a few g36s and I had one of these. I could throw the bbs farther than the thing could shoot them normally.
Hey if its good enough for the production of Doctor Who. Edit I wasn't being serious here guys......
except for the whole doctor who has always used real guns part [editline]8th August 2014[/editline] usually jokes r supposed to be funny
except for the whole doctor who has always used real guns part
Ha..... no it hasn't They have used LPEG's as props in new who an awful lot, which would be fine if they kept them to wide shots and the like, but unfortunately they didn't.
it's really only been a hicapa in like one or two episodes and a nerf nitefinder for space future blasters [editline]8th August 2014[/editline] neither of which are lpegs
