Received one with my purchase, actually, bakelite and all. Has a disgusting color to it though. The mag in the picture I got my hands on through a friend for basically no cost, and it fits perfectly so it's just a preference thing for the time being.
What length is that handguard, if you don't mind me asking?
I DO MIND [sp]13.5 in[/sp]
[t]http://i.cubeupload.com/o0XBu4.png[/t] Cyma, my Bday present. I know the surpressor is used on .45 but I thought it looked rad so w/e. ~ Found Prommy barrels and G&G green bucking in a store, might throw that in.
[thumb]http://i.cubeupload.com/yfByLI.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://i.cubeupload.com/XmLbHe.jpg[/thumb] An CYMA 048 (first airsoft purchase ever, got it at a discount for like 227$) and my newly purchased GBB WE Glock 17. I'm looking to replace the spring on my 048 before I start using it, but the Glock feels amazing thus far.
If you replace the spring you may want to upgrade the piston and gears and motor while youre at it. Maybe the spring guide too.
If you replace the spring you may want to upgrade the piston and gears and motor while youre at it. Maybe the spring guide too.
None of these upgrades are necessary. CYMA AK's are notorious for being just fine out of the box. The only thing I would personally do to a CYMA AK is downgrade the spring (which I assume he's doing since they shoot around 410-430 out of the box sometimes), put a double o-ring cylinder head w/ sorbo in, stretch/replace piston head o-ring, and put a o-ring air nozzle on it. The gears are fine, the piston is fine (will want to be replaced later, not necessary until it breaks since it's a decently strong, light piston), the motor is fine, and the only reason to replace the spring guide is if his doesn't have a bearing on it, and I'm pretty sure CYMA's come with one.
Can confirm. I have an 048M and the gears, motor, piston, and spring guide were all great for a clone. Only things I replaced right away were the spring and nozzle
My Maruzen P99 and PPK/s James Bond gun display: [t]http://i.imgur.com/oP4RlHk.jpg[/t] As much as I love the look of it, the Maruzen P99 is pretty shitty. The slide only sometimes blowsback all the way and rarely ever cycles bbs, apparently it's a common problem that can only be fixed by getting a real steel P99 magazine catch, which aren't very easy to find, so it's going to stay in the display case for now. The PPK/s is great though; shoots almost as far as my Marui GBB pistols. [t]http://i.imgur.com/SizCe13.jpg[/t] EDIT: Welp, I asked around to see if anyone could tell me where to find a real steel P99 mag catch, and out of nowhere some guy said he had a spare and offered to mail it to me for free. Looks like my P99 will get to shoot after all.
I love these two troublemakers
My two favorite AR variants in one picture. I want to hug you.
m16a1 with car15 stock tho
I'm out of town right now but I'll see to it that that becomes a thing
Just realized I never really posted pics of my 416.

GUYS I'M SUPER EXCITED BECAUSE I FINISHED MY HONEY BADGER BUILD FROM THE LAST PAGE [t]http://i.imgur.com/u99CNUK.jpg[/t] [editline]7th September 2014[/editline]
Just realized I never really posted pics of my 416. Just picked this up Saturday. [t]http://i.imgur.com/FDhYXx6.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/rqGQoVP.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/62so4nH.jpg[/t] Still not entirely sure what to put on it, I just threw extra stuff I had in my locker on there for CQB use. Most likely going to DMR it when I figure out the next OP I'm going to.
The guy who wants to trade his KSC/SD USP Tactical+KAC can for my KSC/SD USP Compact asked for some more pics. So I figured I might as well show you guys too if anyone's interested in seeing it. These are all thumbnails cause most of them are huge, click for biggur. Shit's cash.
ive always really liked the uspc full size usp is still just too big for my tastes
USP Compact feels nice in my hands but USP full size feels better. As much as I love my Mk23 though, the thing's fuckmassive no matter how you slice it. I still love it though.
I love the USP Compact, but my hand is too big for me to grip them comfortably. With the magazine lip, all my fingers are squished together, without it, I let my pinky do it's own thing like I would with a Glock 19.
I thought this was the idiots thread oops Here's a repost of some guns instead: [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9988278/airsoft2014/80s/602_2.jpg[/t] [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9988278/airsoft2014/727_2014/733_1.JPG[/t] [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9988278/airsoft2014/727_2014/727_1.JPG[/t] I had to take apart the 733 upper for reasons but i'm going to try and make another one at some point.

[t]http://i.imgur.com/qloueip.jpg[/t] Updated FAL - found a RDS for it! [editline]9th September 2014[/editline]
I love these two troublemakers
fokken nice. Anything holding the mags together besides tape? I tried taping a couple of AK mags together once, but it felt a little flimsy. Maybe I was just doing it wrong. :v:
That is MILES better lookin than the ACU tape. Makes me want to get one myself.
I miss my King Arms FAL. I think once I have a little bit of money saved up I'll probably buy a new one, but this time with the carbine length barrel and a folding stock. My old full-stock, full-length-barrel FAL was fuckmassive, like as big as my SVD (which is about 4 feet long to give you an idea)
Only thing that really puts me off airsoft FALs with folding stocks is the need for a PEQ box.
Why? Put a mini in the handguard. Unless it's a RIS, in which case yeah your options are hella limited.
There are quite a few guns that I'd love to have, but refuse to acquire because I won't use a battery box. I really feel like the AR platform is just the best thing for me, what with the good GBBR systems, and the ability to put lipos in the buffer tube with AEGs. I've owned so many guns that aren't AR platform and they're the ones that I get rid of within a month. I at least keep my AR's for two or three lol.
I've realized that I haven't taken a proper picture of my AK with a flashlight on it. Then I realized that I haven't done that because I can't find my flashlight mount. So I just took my scope rings and woot. [t]http://i.imgur.com/ERGlsXX.jpg[/t]
Holy Potat, every time I see that Beryl foregrip I want one.
I have legitimately considered replacing the lower hand guard on my real AK with one of those. The AK is Polish, so it wouldn't be as sacrilegious as it could, but I'd still feel bad getting rid of the wood.
