not even kidding thats how hard the questions are on the high school level exams
Jesus dat ROF.
Is that with after a new motor, LiPo, and shimming?
That's with a Lonex A2 and an M120 spring on an 11.1v
Did you have to upgrade the gears or anything to handle it?
I'm tryna' get that AEG knowledge.

People generally pair high speed gears with high torque motors, but it is not at all required. Is that g36 a frankengun?

Naw. It's just stock JG gears. It does have a lonex cylinder head, piston & piston head, trigger switch and spring guide though. (not that you need those things) Also the wiring is all 12ga deans ultra wire
And a lonex air nozzle and hop chamber. But yeah, deans 12 ga ultra wire and xt60 connctors for minimum resistance
I need to dump some money into my Galaxy now. :P
$100 will get you shs 13:1 gears, some grease and shims, a lonex a1/a2, and some new hop up components or a new piston/compression parts
...or a new galaxy.

he has a point. having two of them will literally double your ROF

That just sounds like a clusterfuck when they stop cycling on semi. :C

Still have my list of recommendations for the Galaxy or do you need a repost?
I remember the battery, but the list would be much appreciated.
Also, I got the hop up adjusted to shoot .20s accurately!

.3g bb's (.28g absolute minimum)
Prometheus ASH 6.05 barrel
G&P basic bucking (or other bucking of personal preference)
Shredder's Concave Spacer (or other concave bucking for best results, or an H-nub for lesser results)
That's really it, although you can add a higher torque motor alongside our battery for better trigger response, but I don't really feel the need for it. The 11.1v lipo by itself will give you a nice trigger response and ROF, but nothing approaching overkill.
I'm rather satisfied with my range with .20s(I understand heavier weight would be better, but I can't go through the hassle of ordering BBs every time I run out) the barrel would just improve my groupings, right?
11.1v LiPo is definitely an addition I'll be making.
dont buy from there

it's owned by crazyNCman and he's a cock and his prices aren't even that good
It's cool, I literally have one place to play airsoft, and considering I can shoot all the way across it with fair accuracy using .20s, I'm not too terribly worried about anything heavier(unless HGA starts carrying them).
My only real concerns in airsoft at the moment are the longevity of my guns, and what LiPo and charger I should get for the MP5k.
As it is I can get 5000 Elite Force .20s for 15$ and a 12 minute drive.
I'd much prefer to do that..
I don't see how the prices aren't good, they're within 1 dollar difference from bigger retailers and the price of the shipping is included in the base price.
5000 rds of Elite Force Bios 19.99 + 15.65 shipping at GI(minimum in WA, 10.48 for someone living in the same city as GI)
= 35.64 for me, or 30.47 for someone living in the same town as GI. Bulk airsoft ammo anywhere in the US = 23.47.
Coupon codes for GI??
bulkairsoftammo is east coast based shipping takes like 3 days compared to buying from cali and waiting 5 days to over a week
the HGA field is pure cqb, you're not shooting far enough away or outdoor where wind affects bbs so .20s are just fine.
.20s are fine for CQB, you shouldn't have to worry about wind to much and you shouldn't be getting so far that you would worry about groupings.
.20s are fine for CQB, you shouldn't have to worry about wind to much and you shouldn't be getting so far that you would worry about groupings.
For what it's worth, the upstairs arena is rather large and open, and I have trouble getting shots on target at a distance(literally all the way across the field) but have no problem getting them to reach.
Upgraded barrel would fix that, right?
better hop up nub/bucking and tightbore maybe, aegs can only get so accurate
though my cqr has rhop and some other internal mods and it pretty much hits where I put my red dot on.
My only thoughts persuading me away from changing the hop up is its tendency to over-hop BBs into the galaxy.
