Side note, just fixed her. One of those little springs on the bottom of the motor looked like it was snapped from heat. Replaced with a spring from a spare chinese short type i had sitting around.

Just bought a KWA Mac 11. Also have an G&G AK 47 combat machine (fake wood and mostly plastic frame, but still high quality, and good gearbox.) Honestly like the lightness of the combat machines compared to carrying around a full metal gun all day. Also can fit a huge battery in the stock since it is fake wood instead of real wood.

I think the VFC Glock 19 is the most beautiful and realistic looking Glock GBB on the market, without getting into aftermarket slides and custom expensive shit.

Redesign! After the original magazine tube cap failed to do the job last night, being either loose enough to be pushed out by the shell or impossible to extract by hand, I decided to redesign the magazine system.

Now the cap sits flush with the tube, but has a protruding crossbar to lock it in place. Turn the bar counter-clockwise and it comes right out, allowing the shells to be replaced. Then place it back on and turn clockwise to lock.

With the cap shortened, the magazine tube also holds an additional shell in reserve, allowing the gun to carry 12 shots' worth of ammunition directly on it. For an NPC role or as a sidearm I think it's just about perfect now.

It is a maruzen, one of the spring CA870 chargers, with a G&P long barrel kit and a top folder stock instead of the AR stock.

I'm using the short mags with it because the long maruzen ones look weird

I didn't know Maruzen made spring M870s, I may look into getting one if they can be made to look as rad as that.

What's it like, range and reliability-wise?

Not had a chance to skirmish with it yet, it feels extremely sturdy and is accurate, but not high powered. You'd probably be best getting a g&p which look rad already, they seem impossible to get hold of here though, it was hard enough getting the parts

I took off the orange tip on my SCAR-L, and added a sort of flecktarn-but-not-really paint job on my g36. (Somewhat dissapointed, but it'll work.)

So piratemike777 got me a cyma m14 for $40, as most of you have probably seen. This was the condition I recieved it in:

The stock was absolutely covered in duct tape residue. The previous owner was a total dumb ass sperg and covered it in camo tape, among many other issues (and was a total ass hole). It has no back ironsight, no bolt, and the magazine doesnt work, however the gun still shoots.

After a day's worth of improvements, I turned it into this:

I've still got a lot to do, like add rails for a scope mount, get a magazine, get a bolt, and get an RIS heatshield, but for what it is, its pretty nice so far.

For the love of god don't get a G&P spring shotgun.
Same internal design as the maruzen springers, but they're hideously overpriced and the internals are very well known for being impressively awful compared to the Maruzen or any of the super cheap clones. Last I checked there were about a dozen of them in the Evike boneyard.
That said, the G&P furniture is super duper nice.

Well I cleaned it off and painted it. I don't prefer wood stocks. Thats just my opinion, hate me for it if you want.
