I changed out the battery a long time ago to a lower powered spring because of the field I used to go to, but it started miss feeding like crazy to the point where only 1 in 10 shots fired. Oh wow. Your gun is probably all sorts of messed up. Sounds like selector switch connector is bent, gears and or piston stripped, improper shimming. Trigger mechanism bent. Well, at least you have a good wall piece. That gun is beautiful. I use my broken g36 as a wall piece. I just wish you could put like a v7 in this bad boy. Or somehow modify a v3!

Have you ever taken it apart? The v1 is actually not bad to disassemble. For some reason it doesn't want to throw the ar latch and spring at your face like a v2. I played some cqb with it today and I let my friend try it out and he loved it and wants to buy it with a good 9.6 and charger for $130. I'm actually gonna miss it. I hooked an 11.1 up and tore some shit up! But my m4 is gonna be fixed as soon as parts arrive and I don't need 2 guns. And $100 in profit is also nice.

MTP, us brits don't wear DPM anymore. I love MTP, its what im using for my current loadout, and its really easy to get hold of here in the UK.

I'm actually thinking about keeping this one. With a good shim job, you can run an 11.1 in it with no problems. I'm trying to find some high speed v7 gears which is seeming impossible right now. and drop a high torque motor, 6mm bearings, 16 awg wiring, hop up bucking, tightbore, cylinder, lipo. Or sell it agin. And I'd be down to help you with your Famas.
Also, try to make a FELIN.

The G2 models are, but the F1 ones arent, which is what the airsoft ones are based after
The newest version of the real steel is, but no airsoft manufacturer has made a STANAG compatable version to my knowledge
