It depends on if I make enough money this weekend or not, but I won't be bringing anything cool this year. At some point during the con last year they ran me through a prop inspection and found out that the pump disengage worked and that the M870 did have moving parts. I feigned ignorant cosplayer, but I still had to return it to my car and it was an uncomfortable situation.

This, but its actually a Maruzen M870 Mad Dog, which normally wouldn't matter except there's no way to get the parts needed to turn an M870 into a Mad Dog.
As the Mad Dog is long discontinued, and I've never even seen a picture of another one, this thing's pretty much the last of its kind.

Yeah, I got one of those for very cheap to use its metal barrel and metal receiver, but the gun itself has a bad reputation for breaking down easily and only shoots a single bb.
If you wanted to turn a normal Maruzen M870 into a mad dog, you'd need to replace the stock (easy), barrel (easy), inner barrel (very tough to find), magazine tube (nonexistant), magazine tube spring (could just cut down the original), and the charging arms (completely nonexistant).
Completely not worth the effort considering the meh performance of Maruzen M870's.

I removed the orange plastic from the suppressor on the mp5, and dyed it black so that it won't chip like black paint would.

JG. Traded my dad's JG m4 for it with my younger step brother. Already bypassed the fuse in it, and plan to improve the hopup in it once i have money. I love the lever hop up system.
