After I watch all the original cast movies, then i'm going to DS9 then The original series, and then finally get to enterprise. Already watched all of the TNG stuff and voyager stuff as well as the 2009 movie. I hear bad things about enterprise, but some people (such as yourself) really enjoy it. I guess I'll have to see it. Even if it seems bad to me, i'll probably still watch it. Kind of like when you're watching every Rocky movie, you don't skip 5 even though it's shit :p
Been watching Voyager
Shit's cash

If you can get over the fact that B'Elanna needs a Tricorder to know that shit is shit. (shit as in excrement)

I enjoy his reviews. He also wrote a very well written Star Wars/Trek Crossover that won some awards or something. (6 parts, each part the length of a small novel, hes an English teacher, I believe) I love both series and he treated them very well.

It was that episode that got me hooked on Star Trek!
I still like the original series the best
Characters are more memorable
i want to finish voyager (ive watched like 4 eps of the first season) then realized how long that'd take and i just about spewed

You should continue, it gets really good when they start to encounter the Borg.
Haha, I watched TAS episode "The Practical Joker" yesterday. It's hilarious. They have a holodeck, and M'Ress seems to like making purring noises the middle of sentences.

I like this guy's reviews, but then he gave "The Neutral Zone" a 2 or 3 :saddowns:
I've recently been watching Star Trek a lot. Finished all 7 seasons of Voyager in about 3 months, moved onto TNG now.
I would have moved onto TNG if Virgin 1/Channel 1 here in the UK hadn't shut down before they managed to show all of them, since I'm too poor for box-sets

Ah, so they did shut down. I was wondering why that channel wasn't listed in the TV magazine anymore.

And I agree with it. Remember he is rating them against other episodes of the series, not of the whole trek franchise.
The thing I liked most about Star Trek is Q episodes. I sure hope if they make another movie they put a Q in it.

Disagree all you want but it's actually one of my favourite episodes :(
TOS>anything else star trek (excluding the new movie)
I just started rewatching DS9...I now remember why it's my favorite Trek.
[sp]RIP Jadzia.[/sp]
I swear the enterprise has been back in time more often than Doctor Who

pathetic compared to my collection of COMPLETELY LEGAL movies

Who cares. ;)
I love my LEGAL movies
Anyway back on a safe topic to discuss, I've been watching back to back Stargate and Star Trek episodes on TV for a while now
I always thought that Trek was better by far, but I'm not so sure now.
I think Stargate is a little more fun and actiony, and Star Trek is just. Well it's just got a little spice of awesome and win that Stargate will never have.
What do you guys think?

What i feel about Star Trek and Stargate is that Star Trek is more serious.
Effectively what I said
I find Stargate is more enjoyable, but I can't say I like it better :v:
My girlfriend's a massive Trekkie, and she's got me into watching Voyager. 4 seasons in and I fucking love it. The Doctor owns everyone.

I hope your girlfriend is into other series besides voyager, since it's basically a massive oestrogen fuelled Janeway power trip.
I find Voyager is like DS9, There are very few episodes of the first 3 seasons that I can watch.

My friends girlfriend was the same. He didn't even like trek (hes one of those people who doesn't like things even when he doesn't watch them) but she made him watch a few episodes of voyager and TNG and he was hooked.

Nah, she was going through every series, just happened to be on Voyager when we started dating.
Must. Start. DS9..
I always hated how the shitty episodes of Voyager (the ones where anything older than 100 years old is "ancient") plagued the series all the way through. I mean TOS, TNG, DS9 and Enterprise all got better as they went on, but Voyager was always either a really good episode or an episode which did nothing at all.
