Also the reason Jadzia doesn't show up in the final episode montage is that they used footage of her in a flash back in an earlier episode without her permission so she denied them using it again.

Ezri was cute yes (though Jadzia was hotter) but I didn't like her when she opened her mouth. I also feel they rather forced the relationship between her and Bashir.
I understand she decided to leave which is disappointing, she was my favorite character after all.
I wasn't aware that the studio needs the permission of actors to show their previous scenes, the show belongs to them after all, its not like Terry Farrell owns the rights to Jadzia ( I hope)

She has the rights to her image though. Maybe if it was a voice acting gig where the character looks nothing like her.

CBS/Cyrptic is trying to figure out how to do it. Because unlike the Luna or the Ent-F the Author still owns the rights to the design.

I really wish Star Trek: Legacy was available on Steam. There's probably no chance of finding it in stores anymore. :frown:

STO is what you make it.
Most people rush ahead to the level cap as soon as possible without taking time to see the sights, enjoy diversions, side missions, exploration and diplomacy missions. Some roleplay doesn't go amiss, either.
It helps that Cryptic pay attention to the players. The way the game has changed in over a year has been incredible. I would say the "fun" factor has gone up since "shooter mode" was released.

I played the shit out of it on the Xbox, but I stand by my statement that, barring Star Trek Online and Elite Force, Bridge Commander is the best ST game ever.
Especially once you mod it.

Set it in the 2400s during the STO era, and it'd be the most amazing game ever.
Mass Effect style combat and story quality, DAO/KOTOR level RPG elements, and a flavor all it's own, and it'd be pure bliss in the form of a game.
My one gripe with STO is that it doesn't feel like an MMO. It feels like a large MMO-style game with a few players and social zones, but no real MMO events. PVP is a joke and Fleet Actions (raids) are now a bitch to get into.

Yes, I've tried said mods.
Nothing fixes the awful interface and terrible game mechanics.
All they do is add more shit to the game.
Bridge Commander and Klingon Academy are superior in every way.

Don't really know what happened to the big events. The beta had more going on than after release...
Although I hear the Borg are on their way back with new, shiny ships..

It is hawt. Funny this is, its the exact same model just with a new texture. Yet it looks so much better.

The Diamond's probably going to be the Queen's command ship, it's only seen in one Voyager episode and she's on it. And then it disintegrates in a Transwarp conduit.
Also, a Borg cube in STO is supposed to be unstoppable unless you have a fleet of ships backing you up...at least, after a coming patch.
If you guys haven't heard, they already started the preparations for a Borg invasion event- you now have to remodulate your weapons on the ground and do something similar on ships. And you can get assimilated.
