No it's called trying to take pictures in a lowly lit area.
Since it's darker the camera's shutter needs to stay open for longer, thus any little movement is more likely to be seen.
Pretty much that ^
I try and use a tripod for all my gun/gear pictures because stock flash on most cameras isn't good.
And it's best to avoid using flash at any time, just ruins the picture unless you really know what the hell you're doing.
